Understanding the Bible: Answer these Three Questions

Hey everyone. We all have difficulties understanding the Bible. However, before we look at how to understand the Bible I would like to hear your answers to the following questions:

  1. What is the most difficult Book or Books of the Bible to understand?
  2. What is the most difficult Chapter or Chapters of the Bible to understand?
  3. What is the most difficult Verse or Verses of the Bible to understand?

I look forward to hearing from you as we begin to grow together in our understanding of the best Book in the world.

  1. I would say Revelation would be the hardest book to understand. Paul was getting visions of what would happen in his future so most of the things he’s talking about and describing he’s never seen—such as helicopters and airplanes, Internet and television. For example the dragon — I’m pretty sure that’s not a real dragon he’s describing is just something that looks like a dragon to him.
